Required before launch
Legal company name, registered address, tax office and number, MERSİS number (if applicable), support email, privacy-request channel, seller identity and applicable service providers have not yet been supplied. These details must be published before this draft is used for real transactions.
1. Parties and scope
For each live purchase, the buyer and the actual legal seller must be identified in the pre-contract information and order-specific agreement. Vectira’s role as platform operator or legal seller must be established for that offering; the current product presentation does not establish a Merchant of Record relationship. This draft addresses consumer distance sales under Turkish law; other applicable mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
2. Product and pre-contract information
Before a binding order, the buyer must receive the product or service description, seller contact details, total tax-inclusive price, currency, delivery charges, payment and performance conditions, complaint process, and withdrawal rights or applicable exceptions. The pre-contract information and agreed terms must be provided on a durable medium. Showcase prices and availability are samples, not binding live offers.
3. Payment and order formation
Live collection of payments and seller payouts are disabled pending bank virtual POS approval and operational readiness. A test order, simulated payment status or preview is not an actual charge, invoice or real sales agreement. Before live checkout, an order-specific acceptance flow and payment-obligation notice must be implemented.
4. Delivery and performance
Delivery times, destination restrictions and digital access conditions must be stated for each offering before purchase, within applicable statutory limits. The test flow may show shipping tracking, a handover code or a digital download, without creating a live delivery guarantee. Loss, damage, non-delivery and defective performance remain subject to mandatory consumer remedies.
5. Withdrawal and returns
Where Turkish consumer distance-selling rules apply, the consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw without a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. The start date depends on whether the contract concerns goods or services. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for notice, return and exception principles; mandatory rights concerning defective goods or services are preserved.
6. Complaints and disputes
The seller and platform complaint channels must be published before live sales. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts within the applicable jurisdiction and monetary thresholds; mandatory mediation requirements apply where required by law. This draft does not restrict statutory remedies.
